The Palacio de Congresos y Exposiciones

The Palacio de Congresos is situated in the historic center of Cordoba. Its rooms, dependencies from the 16th century, house the history of this building within its walls. Equipped with the best functionalities and technology, this venue offers a link between tradition and mordernity, most of the FIA Conference meetings will be held in this beautiful venue.

Centro de Exposiciones, Ferias y Convenciones

The CEFC is one of the most modern and versatile space for fairs and congresses in Spain. Inaugurated in October 2022, it arises from the need to provide the city with a multi-purpose and functional space, which allows Events to be carried out in all its dimensions, this space will host a few meetings such as the Extraordinary General Assembly as well as the activities of the Conference.

TRAVEL INFORMATION

Airport Transfers

At the arrival at the airports:

At the arrival at Malaga or Seville airports, delegates will find FIA Welcome Desks. The specific location of the desks will be provided in the welcome letter.

Personalized arrival assistance will be provided at Madrid airport.

Minibus or car transfers will be available from Malaga, Sevilla, and Madrid airports to the main train station. This service will be provided on a rotating basis.

The driver will assist delegates in finding the correct train to Cordoba.

At the arrival at the Cordoba train station:

Upon arrival in Cordoba, delegates will find the FIA Welcome Desk at the train station. The exact location of the desk will be communicated in the welcome letter.

Minibus transfers will be available to transport delegates to their respective hotels. This service will also operate on a rotating basis.

Departure:

Similar services will be provided for departure transfers.

Currency

The Euro (EUR) is the official currency in Spain. Currency can be exchanged at banks, change and some large hotels, though you will get a better exchange rate at the ATMs. Major credit cards are widely accepted, particularly in major tourist destinations. Foreign currency is not accepted.

Welcome Desk

The welcome desk will open on Monday 19th of June at 08:00. It will be set up in the Palacio de Exposiones y Congresos.

Please visit the desk upon arrival to pick up your badge. The FIA Conference team will also be available to assist you with any queries.

From Monday 19th to Thursday 22nd of June from 08:00 to 18:00

Digital Platform

You will receive all the accesses and information to follow the live of the sessions, a few days before the FIA Conference starts.

Please visit the digital FIA Conference platform once you receive it. You will find all the relevant information on the sessions.

You will have the opportunity to chat with your colleagues and other delegates registered to attend the FIA Conference.
